Reminder to Renew Garden Waste Collection Service

As spring approaches, residents of Hinckley and Bosworth are reminded to renew their subscription to the garden waste collection service. Beginning on 1 April, the renewed service will be in effect from 1 June 2024.

Subscription Details:

The new subscription charge stands at £42.50 per year per bin. For residents who have opted for direct debit payment, there’s no need for additional action. The council will automatically collect the payment for each garden waste bin from bank accounts on 1 April. Subsequently, new stickers will be dispatched by mid-May to be placed on bins upon receipt.

Renewal Process:

For residents who do not utilize direct debit, the subscription renewal process begins on 1 April. It’s advisable to complete the renewal no later than 17 May to ensure uninterrupted service.
