History will again come to life this weekend at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre with a two-day programme of activities and re-enactment, which also heralds the end of the 2022 living history season at the county council venue.
Harrington Household Living History takes place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September with the two-day event offering a great experience for all ages.
This living history camp includes activities such as archery displays, armoury talks, as well as a chance for children to get involved in a soldiers’ bill drill.
The entrance fee is £2 per person and under threes can attend for free.
This is a fantastic day out for families. There are activities for young children, a range of exciting things to see, and it is a great interactive way to learn all about the history of Lord Harrington and the medieval era.

Harrington Household is a group of re-enactors who portray life during the late medieval period. They portray the retinue of Lord Harrington, whose family fought in the Wars of the Roses for King Richard III.
The Harrington Household is made up of men-at-arms, archers and camp followers, including cooks, squires and their families, to give a flavour of medieval life.
