
Leicestershire Police were called to the High Street in Earl Shilton last night (10th October) following reports of a stabbing incident. Upon arrival, officers found a man in his 30s who had sustained injuries.
The man was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his injuries were neither life-threatening nor life-changing, and he has since been discharged from medical care.
A spokesperson from Leicestershire Police confirmed that a 56-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. The suspect remains in custody as investigations continue.
