Organisers of the Hopkins Brothers Charity Tractor Run have thanked the community after another hugely successful festive event, which has raised an impressive £20,458.38, including Gift Aid, for Leicestershire and Rutland MIND.
Following the event, Team Hopkins said they were “completely overwhelmed” by the level of support shown from across the borough and beyond. Hundreds turned out along the route to cheer on the tractors, while dozens of drivers, marshals and escort vehicles worked together to ensure the run took place safely and smoothly.
Special thanks were given to all the marshals, drivers, members of the public and escort teams, whose efforts helped make the evening both festive and well organised.
The organisers also expressed gratitude to a number of key supporters, including The Hut and Carlicious Catering & Events, as well as Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Dr Luke Evans MP, and Leicestershire Police for their assistance and cooperation.
Team Hopkins also acknowledged the many local pubs and businesses along the route that supported the event, saying there were “too many to mention individually”.
In a message to supporters, the team said:
“We will see you in 2026. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Team Hopkins.”
With another record total raised and strong community backing, the organisers confirmed the charity tractor run will return next Christmas, continuing its tradition of spreading festive cheer while supporting vital mental health services. 🎄💙
