Passenger boat ‘FARADAY’ was launched on the Ashby Canal in Leicestershire in 2023 and can carry 12 persons (plus crew!). Powered by innovative technologies and using Smart Lithium Battery Management Systems, the electric motor is quiet with zero fossil fuel emissions.
The hour long return cruise will pass by Ambion Woodland, has views of part of the Bosworth Battlefield and some beautiful countryside before turning at the halfway point just before Shenton Aqueduct.
Available hospitality will be limited on first few trips, so please check with crew or purchase hot/cold drinks from The Floaty Oakie Boat moored adjacent.
